Add "-pg" after every class. Thus, .scproduct becomes .scproduct-pg, .scprodcode becomes .scprodcode-pg and so on.
Moreover you ll have to create a folder "images" and put the two png files that are used at "background:#003366 url(../images/bg-cart.png) repeat-x;" and "background:#003366 url(../images/bg-cart-hover.png) repeat-x;" lines in order for the backgrounds to the add-to-cart buttons to appear.
This at least worked for me. Hope it helps you too...
