I have installed the latest version depends phoca Gallery 3.1.1. and I try to install the Norwegian language pack and get this error message
"JInstaller:: Install: Could not find XML setup file"
have also manually added the files in the "administration" language "," No "and in site" language "," NO "
need help pls ...

Joomla vers.1.7.2

The available Norwegian language pack is a joomla v1.5 version. It can not work with joomla v1.7
