Hallo,
ich versuche es mal in deutsch.
Ich habe das Gästebuch 2.0.1 auf Joomla 1.7.0 installiert. Bei meinen Tests klappt alles wunderbar mit Firefox 6.0.2 und IE 9.
Einige Gäste beklagen sich aber, weil der Eintrag nicht angenommen wird. Die Meldung ist:
“The solution of task you submitted was incorrect. Please read the instruction and try again”
Wenn man den Captcha Code falsch eingibt kommt eine andere Meldung:
„Der eingegebene Captcha Code ist falsch. Bitte erneut versuchen.“
Das kann also nicht das Problem sein.
Bitte um Hilfe.

Scheint an KeyCaptcha zu liegen. Hast du das in irgendeiner Art und Weise aktiviert?

danke für die Antwort.
KeyCaptcha habe ich installiert. Aber nicht Für Phoca Guestbook sondern für yvcomment. Für Phoca Guestbook benutze ich das Standard Captcha. Denkst Du es hat damit zu tun? In dem Link kann ich keinen Zusammenhang finden.
Soll ich mal yvcomment deinstallieren? Kennt jemand eine andere gute Kommentarfunktion? Von Phoca gibt es ja nichts. Oder?
