Modal Popup Box & Shadowbox Problem

Hello fellows.
I am facing a problem with the modal box & the shadowbox (in fact with all the detailed view options in the parametres of phoca).

I changes to a standard template and phoca worked fine, but changing to my (bought) template, i am facing this problem.
I am not such a good web guy, but searching on the internet i found that it might be a conflict with js files, but still, i can't fix it.
Any suggestions?

did you changed source codes? cos it says:

 window.parent.document.getElementById('sbox-window')

so it means sbox-windows div doesnt declerated.

No, i haven't change source codes (supposingly i understood what you said)...
What do i have to do if sbox-windows isn't declerated?

your site loads 1.12 version of mootols. you can try disabling mootools upgrade plugin from plugins section. if it necessary for your site, you can install jSeblod's mootools upgrade plugin.

just uninstall joomla's default mootools upgrade plugin and install this one:

then select mootools version to 1.12 to site.

I did exactly what you told me too, but the problem persists...
It is probably a confilct on a js file...
I just don't know what to do.
Any new idea?

according to my browser it is abot mootools. could you tell me any addon (like menu, slideshow or etc) or your template itself using mootools? if yes which version?
