Captcha image not showing

In a clean installation of PhocaGuestbook great component the captcha image is not showed ?¿
(I have the GD library)...

Problem solved:
In the ‘Global Configuration’ / ‘SEO Settings’ I change ‘Add suffix to URLs’ from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’.
