Problème with email to administrator

Hello Jan,

I want to change the email to the administrator to add a custom field (a field text with the delivery date) in the billing block, add the phone, and the additional comment at the end of the customer data, but after several tests I have no result. The template of the mail don't change without my custom field, the phone field and the comment area
