Status change - more information when admin mail is sent?

Hi, if the first status email ("pending") is send to admin (shop owner), it would be useful to add some contact information of the customer. This is not possible with the existing templates (as fas as I can see, just {TEXT.DOCUMENT} and few others).
Is there a way to display name, address, email and phone number?
