No Select Category View

Problem with the Categories. I have set up three top level categories. They are displayed on the page. Created a menu link for front end upload. However, in the Select Category box on the right there are none of my cats displayed so cannot upload. Joomla 4.0.4 PHP 8.1

you need to set 'Upload Rights' for that categories:
