Phoca(C,M) not working on joomla 3.2

Hello, I have been working with Phoca gallery on joomla 2.5 and it was working fine, but after shifting to 3.x it's not working very well for me. Like for example i was trying to install it on my joomla 3.2 website and both the component and module is not working. Here's the error message "Error There was an error uploading this file to the server.". The phoca version is 4.1.2. Any help will be great, thank you.
