Manage Language overrides

Hi,
It seems dynamic content is not rendered via Text::() and therefore we can not use language overides to make the shop multilingual.

For instance I would have used
OV_PHOCACART_CAT_CANVAS="Toiles"
OV_PHOCACART_SHIPPING_POSTAL="Livraison postale"

but constants are not translated.

Am I missing something or what's the best way to manage several languages in phocacart?
