Display adress on invoice after POS-purchase

Hi all,

besides the webshop we are also using the POS when customers coming around and buying things offline.
Due to regulations I need to display the adress of the customer when the value of the purchase is higher than 250 EUR in the invoice (I am referring to the "big" A4-invoice, not the Bon-type).

Unfortunately I can not change the adress after creating the purchase in the POS-system and in the POS I don't have the possibility to add the adress (or I haven't found it yet?).

When going to the backend - menu Bestellungen/Orders - and into the purchase I see the free fields for name, adresse etc., but after adding all these things, they are not transfered to the invoice. I have found the following message in the system:

Is there a possibility to add the adress to POS-purchases/invoices after the purchase or during POS-Purchase-process? What do I need to change in settings?

Im using Joomla 5.4.3, Phoca Cart 5.2.2, the webshop is online and is working fine
