Only "unsubscribe" link doesn't work...

Having sent an email/newsletter from a hosted site, the un-subscribe link in it doesn't work. It's showing up as

which looks like the error caused by JCE I reported previously. However, I found the setting in JCE to avoid that error, and also a copy of the site running locally works perfectly!

Also other fields in the email (user, sender, view online) links have been reproduced properly on both sites, although the "view online" link does go to a subscription page and doesn't view the newsletter in the browser.

I must have broken something, but what?
