Play and preview buttons not working for me.

Hello noobe here.
I have installed Phoca Download to to my Joomla CMS.
Everything seems to be working correctly except I cant get the play or preview buttons to come up. Only the download button. I have set them to show in the back end.
Also installed the editor button plug in. That works to including youtube, but if i set it to play or preview a file I get a

No file for playing found

No file for previewing found

The preview and play buttons from the demo site do work in my browser.

Do I need another module to make this work?
am I missing a step?
So far I have tried with a mp3 fo playing and a pdf for preview.

Found It! Uploads play or preview copy wasn't set right.
