Images do not show in the front end gallery

I found this thread https://phoca.cz/forum/viewtopic.php?t=65415 as it exactly matches my problem so I wondered if you could help me please?

I have checked all of the information that you gave and my site matches the information. I have only one folder at the moment /phocagallery/favourites

Using FTP I can see that have the folder with the images as uploaded and also a sub folder of thumbs and there three sets. small medium and large. But I still do not see any images in the Front End and cannot see what I might have missed.

what do you see when you click on your menu item to Phoca Gallery component (ideally of the type ‘List of categories’)? Please post a screenshot of this or, if the page is online, post the URL.

It would also be good to know which version of Joomla! you are using?
Which version of the Phoca Gallery component are you using?
Which version of PHP are you using?
Which Frontend template are you using?

That's fine because it means 'Thumbnails Generation' parameter is enabled in your Phoca Gallery Options.
