No, I can't see it in any of my three browsers. All I get is the word "Image" with an "X" beside it.

Hi,
anyway, we'll do it by text.
Backend -> Components -> Phoca Gallery -> Images -> Functions
First mark a picture, then rotate with the upper two buttons in 90° steps either to the right or to the left. Manual rotation is effective in both views, backend and frontend.
