- A dull knife or old gift card: scrape gently at a low angle, never digging in.
- Rubbing alcohol: dab with alcohol on a cotton pad, working from the edge in.
- Rinse and blot dry with a clean cloth, then press with dry towels and change them until no more transfers onto the towel.

- Warm water. It softens the material instead of hardening it for removal.
