Hi,

i upgraded to 1.3 after that i get blan site.

please help me, i have no further ideas to fix the problem.

Maybe you have set the error_reporting to off and errors will be not displayed... maybe there is some error in html purifier which should work as protection against the XSS attacks... but to know it, you need to display errors...
