Are you talking from Phoca Gallery component?

Backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Contol Panel --> Parameters --> Images and Windows Size Settings -->
Large Image Width=
Large Image Height=
Front Detail Window Width=
Front Detail Window Height=
