Hi,
If I understand you correctly, you just want to verify an entry and then publish it.
This is the normal way.
Backend --> Components --> Phoca Guestbook --> Phoca Guestbook Control Panel --> Parameters --> General Settings --> Review Message=Yes

thanks, problem solved, but localhost web page coudn't open. I seen "Phoca Gallery Error - Phoca Gallery is not installed on your system". I am going to try joomla.
