sh404sef does not work correctly with captcha

I have Joomla 1.5.10 with sh404SEF installed on http://nevaki-khv.ru
As you can see captcha images does not work. If you try to enter image URL to address bar you will get a guestbook page of the site. I think this is the problem with SEF component working with mod_rewrite. How I can solve the problem?
I've tried to copy sh404sef_phocaguestbook_plugin to sef_ext folder of sh404SEF component. But it didn't helped at all.
