problem with arabic file name in Phoca Download

I have a problem. I use component Phoca Download in Joomla , I use a file name in Arabic language but I can’t see the file name correctly, after uploading and it is not readable and I can only use English file name to recognize the files. I need an Arabic language please help me?

Hi, I don't have any experiences with arabic file names, maybe there are some restrictions on the server (e.g. no utf-8 support for filenames, etc)

I have the same problem with arabic filename.
on my local computer filename is right
on filezilla too
on server too
but on the Phoca Download file manager...
Joomla 1.5.22
php 5.2.17
Phoca download 1.3.8
utf8_general_ci

Hi, hmmm, no idea what can be wrong there, Phoca does not make any changes to encoding, it uses standard UTF-8 set by Joomla!
