Downloads button - not in frontpage

Ahoj.
Nevím jestli jsem někde přehlídl nastavení, ale nedaří se mi zobrazit tlačítko na vložení souboru na stažení v editoru z fron page. z administrace to funguje skvěle, ale ze stránek se tam tlačítko vůbec nezobrazí. Je chyba někde umně?

I do not know if I've just looked in the wrong settings, but I can not see the button to add it to download the editor from the front-page. administration of this works fine, but on pages where the button is not displayed. It is a mistake somewhere artfully?
