Easy Guestbook conversion

Hi Forum,
i am sorry to bring this issue up again but i am a bit lost here. I am trying to import an Easy Guestbook databse into the Phoca database. I am building the import file as described in the conversion guide from Jan Broos and i get the following error when i try to import the file:
