Hi to everybody,

it seems that Phoca maps doesn't works properly with links.

This is the problems: Once I create a map with different marker, I add a description to the marker with a link to the related article on the website.

For example I insert the following link with the tool: Normally it should send me to this page following the rewrite rules of .htaccess:
http://www.visitmontaione.com/it/dove-d ... costa.html

But it send me to this link:
http://www.visitmontaione.com/index.php ... Itemid=126

Why the link on the marker does not feel the rewrite rules?

Hi, if you paste a link to a description, you need to paste there the SEO link. There is no possibility to convert data in description.

Phoca Maps normally uses JRoute methods which can convert the links, but links you will paste into descriptions, articles, etc. in Joomla! are not converted, so it depends on you which links you will paste there.

I have a multilanguage website....

So, if I have well understood, you tell me to insert the link in this way:

http://www.visitmontaione.com/it/dove-dormire.html

instead of this way:

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=58&Itemid=126

Because in the first casa I have to make one PhocaMap per each language...

Is it right?

Hi, maybe then you need some specific plugin which can be used in the description - but no idea if there is such plugin, which can convert (JRoute) links included in descriptions on the site
