Multiple Formats for one file name

Trying to figure out the best way to present our downloadable eBook. Ebooks have several formats for the same title. I set up section- eBooks, Catagory - Classics and the title of the book or file name is A Tale of Two Cities. Now we have at least 3 formats, txt, epub, and html for a single title, all different files. Whats the best way to present it. thanks

Hi, just display the title + name of the file.

Thanks, that helps but doesn't solve my problem. I want to know if it is possible to have three seperate downloadable files (filetypes) under 1 title. Like this
Tales from Dickens
talesfromdickens-html.zip
talesfromdickens-txt.zip
talesfromdickens-epub.zip
If so how do i adjust the form to upload the 3 formats.
