Hi,

I have imported "Countries" which all went smoothly. However I can not import "Regions." This error message shows up :

"Seems like countries have not been imported yet. Please import countries first"
"Error while importing regions"

Try this.
Update to Phoca Cart 6.1.1, delete all countries and regions.
Import Countries again and Import Regions.

Loaded 6.1.3.

Deleted all countries.

Reloaded countries.

"Import Regions" - same error "No countries imported" ?

Tried to reproduce your problem on two different websites but everything is OK

Did you install the countries first?

Updated to 6.1.8 : same issue.

Thank-you for your time! I use Firefox. Have just tried on Chrome, same result.

A hosting issue, but the countries load without problem ?

Maybe php memory limits on hosting.
There are 3985 region items to import.

I have already deleted countries. Leaving just one. Same result .....
