Hello,

I am progressing with the transfer of all my images from Multithumb to Phoca Gallery and have come across two issues I cannot solve so I would like to ask for your help again.

I am using J5.4.6 and PG 5.1.3. I have tried this with Chrome 149.0 and Firefox 152.0. In styles, all are published except for theme_standard.

Issue 1. I am unable to order the category view by title. This is the page I am working on: https://www.angloboerwar.com/photo-gall ... ure-groups

In options, Category view, Image ordering = Title Ascending.

It appears the sort order is derived from the id, not the title.

Whatever I set the Image Ordering to, the order is always by id ascending. Each time I change the PG Options I delete the server cache.

Issue 2. I have several thousand images to transfer. For each one I need to set the title. Is there a faster method than opening each image, editing the title, saving and then closing? I wonder if there is any sort of table or grid view that lists one image per line with the title editable? Or perhaps a 'Save and next' as an extra button. Can the title be edited directly via the table?

Can you suggest any solutions please?

Hi, do you use plugin or component?
1)
Both frontend and backend have own ordering. For frontend you set the ordering in Options.

2) maybe you could use some database program like phpMyAdmin, where you can edit the titles at once on one site.
