Cannot display orders

Hallo,
I am currently setting up the cancellation button.
As Publius Cornelius Tacitus (c. 55–120 AD) once said: "The more corrupt the state, the more laws it has."
During a test, I noticed that I cannot access the orders. (screenshot)
Did I configure something incorrectly?
