Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich versuche gerade von J4 -> J5.4 mit Phoca Cart 4.0.12 -> 5.2.2 zu kommen.
Vorgegangen bin ich so, wie es von J3 -> J4 gehandhabt wurde. Soweit hat auch fast alles funktioniert.
Nach Einstellung vieler Parameter stellte ich dann fest, dass keine Kategorie angezeigt wurde - die Liste war leer. Mit Blick in die Datenbank waren die Kategorien korrekt vorhanden. Dankenswerterweise fand ich den Hinweis auf ein Script:
viewtopic.php?t=66822
Das hat geholfen. Vielen Dank an den Ersteller!

Nun sind noch ein paar Punkte offen:
1)
Die bei den Produkten eingetragenen 'Alternativen Produkte' werden leider nicht dargestellt. Der gesamte TAB, der normalerweise rechts neben der Beschreibung des Produkts auftauchte, erscheint nicht.
Wo kann dies eingestellt werden?
2)
Gibt es bereits das 'Phoca Cart View - Free Shipping Info Plugin' für 5.2.2?
3)
Gibt es bereits das 'Phoca Cart View - Image Zoom Plugin' für 5.2.2?

Nachtrag:
4)
Leider werden keine E-Mails vom Shop versendet? Joomla-Testmails funktionieren.

Hello everyone,
I'm currently trying to go from J4 -> J5.4 with Phoca Cart 4.0.12 -> 5.2.2.
I followed the same procedure as from J3 -> J4. So far, almost everything worked.
After setting many parameters, I noticed that no category was displayed - the list was empty. Looking at the database, the categories were correctly present. Thankfully, I found a reference to a script:
viewtopic.php?t=66822
That helped. Many thanks to the creator!

There are still a few issues:
1)
The 'Alternative Products' entered for the products are unfortunately not displayed. The entire tab that normally appears to the right of the product description is missing.
Where can this be configured?
2)
Is the 'Phoca Cart View - Free Shipping Info Plugin' for 5.2.2 already available?
3)
Is the 'Phoca Cart View - Image Zoom Plugin' for 5.2.2 already available?

Addendum:
4)
Unfortunately, no emails are being sent from the shop? Joomla test emails work.

Hi,

1) this could be similar problem to categories, categories in Phoca Cart 5 need a type, so it is possible the type info was not added on your server:

administrator/components/com_phocacart/update/sql/mysql/5.0.0.sql

Code: Select all

ALTER TABLE `#__phocacart_categories` ADD COLUMN `category_type` int(11) NOT NULL AFTER `owner_id`;
ALTER TABLE `#__phocacart_product_related` ADD COLUMN `related_type` int(11) NOT NULL AFTER `id`;

UPDATE `#__phocacart_categories` SET `category_type` = 1 WHERE `category_type` = 0;
UPDATE `#__phocacart_product_related` SET `related_type` = 2 WHERE `related_type` = 0;

so both, categories and product_related need category_type resp. related_type set for each item

2) 3) they should normally work in 5, if there will be problems just let me know in this forum

4) Phoca Cart uses Joomla framework to send emails, so try to re-check the order statuses and try to reset the emails. In Phoca Cart 5, the Joomla mail templates are used for sending emails, so try to reset them for each order status.

Found the three files 5.0.0.sql - 5.0.1.sql and 5.2.2.sql - your listed code is found in 5.0.0.sql lines 233, 234, 236, 237.
I'm not a programmer - what can I do?

Du solltest zunächst ein Backup Deiner Datenbank anfertigen: phpMyAdmin --> Tab 'Exportieren'
Dann alle vier Abfragen ausführen: phpMyAdmin --> Tab 'SQL'
Vorher #_ (Achtung, da sind zwei Unterstriche) mit Deinem Datenbank_Präfix tauschen.
In diesem Beispiel ist der Präfix j5x

ich danke dir für den Hinweis. Bin programmiertechnischer Nichtsnutz.

zu 1): Bei den ersten beiden Befehlen gab es jeweils eine Fehlermeldung:
#1060 - Doppelter Spaltenname: 'category_type'
#1060 - Doppelter Spaltenname: 'related_type'
Die Spalten waren also schon vorhanden.
Die Manipulation (update) hat funktioniert.

D.h. der TAB sowie die 'Alternativen' Produkte erscheinen wie sie sollen.

... zu
2) (free-shipping)
das scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Jedenfalls sehe ich bisher nicht den üblichen Balken mit dem Hinweis auf kostenfreien Versand.
3) (image-zoom)
funktioniert wunderbar.

4) e-mails
Werden gesendet. Ich musste 'html-format' einschalten. Diese Meldung machte darauf aufmerksam:
HTML emails are not enabled in Joomla Mails component configuration. If you want to send HTML formatted emails, you need to set 'Mail Format' option to 'HTML' or 'Both' in the configuration here.

Am Ende der html-E-Mail erscheint sichtbar {emailcloak=off}
(links unter der Gesamtsumme - Total) - kann das irgendwo deaktiviert werden?
