Hi,

I have downloaded the Phoca Restaurant Menu Lite 5.0.1 and installed on Joomla 5.3.1. Filled the groups, the items and have created the menu. But when I try to access it, shows to me a 404 error page. The preview button inside the Phoca Restaurant Menu admin panel also gives an error.

Can you help me?

Hi, did you create the right menu link? When you disable SEF (for test only), do you get the same problem? What is the URL of not SEF link on your site?

I´m running on localhost, so I have disabled the SEF because I don´t have the .htaccess file. I have assured that I have created the correct menu link. The non-SEF url is: http://localhost/sitename/index.php?opt ... Itemid=257.

Apparently nothing wrong as you can see. I think that is strange because the menu doesn´t appear in the Preview too. So my guess is that is something wrong with the plugin or some configuration...

Which template do you use, standard one? If not try to run standard one (Cassiopeai) and turn on the debug, usually if there is a problem inside the component, you should get error message, not 404. 404 means that the component was never reached, so the errors comes before it went to the component code

I´m using Joomstarter template customized by myself. I´ve made a test: installed a new instance of Joomla with everything default and installed the Phoca Restaurant Menu plugin. Enabled all the debug errors: display errors on PHP and Maximum Errors on Joomla. Nothing came except the same 404 error page (Cassiopeia version is a little different, but still is a 404 error page).
