Hallo.
Wenn ich auf den Button "Bestellung anzeigen" in der Email klicke komme ich auf die "Bestellungen"-Übersicht im Webshop. Klicke ich dann dort den Detail-Button im Bild an, wird als Grundlage immer die Startseite geöffnet.
Ich würde aber gerne im Shop bleiben und nicht auf die Startseite wechseln.
Kann mir wer sagen wie ich es hinbekomme, dass der Link im Shop geöffnet wird?

On my test site and production one I don't have such problem.

All versions are the latest one.

When I visit your order link and click to view order details it opens new page with order details. PDF button opens new pop up window with PDF version of order. Try to clear Joomla Cache and browser cache.


Maybe it is not related. You have index.php in yourl URL's.
Rename your htaccsess.txt to .htaccess and in Joomla Global configuration
turn on Search Engine Friendly URLs
turn on Use URL Rewriting

I checked my backend and adjusted the settings that weren't working as you suggested.
Next, I cleared the cache and opened it with a new browser. Unfortunately, the details are still opening as described above. It almost always uses the homepage template and not the shop's template.
Perhaps there's a solution?
I should probably mention that I'm using a different template for the homepage than for the shop. And I think the link always opens the homepage and displays the details in the blog section. Perhaps there's a way to control this differently with a secret (non published) menu?

Try one more thing. Go to Joomla plugins and find plugin named System - SEF.
Experiment with option, turn it off if it is enabled etc.

Hi, and when you disable it completely (for test only), do you get the same problems? Which version of Phoca Cart do you use?

Do you mean the SEF-Plugin? When it is turned off, the problem is still the same.
I use the version 5.2.0

When you hover over the icon, then copy the link (right mouse button) and let me know the URL of the link to see it.
