Error adding image to product

Hello, I'm having trouble adding an image to a product. The ones that were uploaded as templates work fine. If I want to upload a new one, it gives me the error

which Phoca Cart Component version?
which PHP version?
which error, where? Please enable Joomla! Debug Mode and set Error Reporting=Maximum and post the complete 'Call Stack' or a screenshot of the Call Stack.
