convert cart to order

Is it possible to convert a cart (visible under users) to an actual order as an admin? Simply to finish the order in case of "abandoned cart". Surely this sounds fishy, but we have a case where this would help everybody.

Hi, for now, there is no such option, the only way could by using POS, where the admin can add order for the user - so he will manually add the items from the cart in POS. Such will be stored in orders like order from the user.
