This is:
- Joomla 5.3.1 (fresh installation)
- Joomshaper Helix Ultimate template 2.1.2
- Phoca Download 5.0.10

The installation created these folders:

- /images/phocadownload
- /phocadownload
- /phocadownloadpap

It seems that uploads go to /phocadownload, and subdirectories, if any

What is /images/phocadownloads being user for?

dieses Verzeichnis wird von Phoca Download verwendet, wenn Du Bilder zum Download anbietest:

Edit: Meine ursprüngliche Antwort war nur so semi richtig, deshalb diese Korrektur:

Ordner images/phocadownload

In diesem Ordner sind alle Bilder und Icons gespeichert, die Phoca Download verwendet:

Icon - Icon links vor dem Dateinamen oder Titel
Spezifisches Icon (1) - 1. Icon rechts hinter dem Dateinamen oder Titel
Spezifisches Icon (2) - 2. Icon rechts hinter dem Dateinamen oder Titel
Bild - Bild, dass die Datei repräsentiert (links vor dem Dateinamen oder Titel)

PS. Mit Phoca Gallery 5.1.0 warte mal etwas ab, Jan arbeitet vermutlich schon an einem Fix.
