I have one category of documents that fail to load the category list view. I can get the file view to load in that category. It had been working fine until a few days ago. All of the other categories are working fine. When selected, the screen blanks out and the process indicator on the browser runs but the screen never paints. The website is Joomla 4.4.11 running Phoca Download. I mistakenly upgraded Phoca Download to Phoca 5 but realized my mistake and reinstalled Phoca 4. Any thoughts on what the issue might be and how I can fix it?

Hi, hard to say what can be wrong there. For this the debug mode needs to be enabled or some other debug feature needs to be used. When the page could not be rendered, maybe there can be some info in server error logs, etc. It is not common, that all system works and only one part not. In such case the whole system seems to be OK, and there needs to be found, why it does not work only on this place (testing permissions or ownership of the files located in this category, testing if there is no specific wrong data in database for this category, etc.) Really hard to say.

The only thing I can think of is that the data for that category is corrupted or the Joomla call is corrupted. I will try defining a new category and redoing the call in Joomla.
