Front end Download split in to sections on screen

Hi Just wondered if any one has had the same problem with the front end download being split in two with the tags at the top and the upload file section at the bottom of the page.. Sorry I am new to all this prehaps its me being dump...Thanks

Got a link showing this problem? If one needs to log in to see the problem, a demo account to the site would be nice.

Hi I have tried to send u a link and password in pvt but how do you send out of the outbox as i can see no send button

I think PMs stay in your outbox until the recipient does something with them.
