Video is already included.
For other tabs use custom fields.

Or plugin, the tabs can be extended by own plugin.

I using CF. But in old product don't see additional tabs. Only if i create new.
Should it be like this?
Joomla 4 and PC 4.0.11

It shouldn't be like that. Check that Custom field is assigned to that category.
