Edit customer email

I have an order where the customer entered the wrong email and they want me to resend. Which I cannot do because the email is wrong and for some reason is not editable.
I suppose to download manually and send is one solution but this is a strange choice. I guess there was a good reason you didn't allow to edit the email?

Hi, the email is set in Joomla User Manager and this is why it is not editable. You can change the email when you edit the user in Joomla User Manager:
Then it even changes automatically e.g. in orders:

Does this plugin also let you resend emails? I'm looking into the order page but don't see an option to resend an email. Or can this be found in a different part of PhocaCart?

You can edit order status. Select status and choose option to Notify Customer

Ah so "unconfirm" the status, then put it at confirmed again to retrigger te email?
That could work as a workaround.

You can retriger any status you wish that way. On my screenhot I selected Confirmed but it could be any other and you can change it unlimited time

Just check option to notify customer.

Unfortunately not, at least in an easy way. It happens that the client entered the wrong e-mail (incorrectly entered) and then does not receive a notification or invoice. The only way, at least I think, is to correct the email address in the database.
