Template Chooser Frontend - how can I adapt the Layout ?

Hi all!

The background of my problem:
I installed a Template Chooser/Changer in the Frontend of Joomla 1.5 (it´s about a website for a school of visually handicapped kids - the site must be barrier-free). The Chooser works very well - so far. I have 2 Templates - a standard version and one with high contrast (black/yellow). I also installed PhocaGuestbook and PhocaGalery.

My problem: I can´t adapt the css-attributes to the different template. There only can be 1 Layout for 1 guestbook. For one template it looks always a bit strange :( .The attributes (managed in the backend/settings), like color oder background-color etc. get saved in the database.
So I can´t do anything with css-files.

The same problem exists for PhocaGallery, of course. But I decided to post the thread in PhocaGuestbook.

Is somebody here, who have an idea - or better a solving?
How can I make the extensions Guestbook and Gallery flexible in their layout?
I searched the whole web and I couldn´t find anything to solve the problem.
It seems, nobody than me have had this problem yet?

I´ll be very glad, if you could help me.

thx and greets,
alania
