Hi, try to check your errorLog if there is some error, try to check your settings on server (downloading limits, post limits), etc.

Hi, I have the same problem, file correctly uploaded (about 250kb) in pdf or zip, when downloading they're 0 byte sized. These two files are both public, no login required.
The server error log is empty.
What should I do?

Solved checking "Direct Link" voice, maybe there's something wrong with the indirect link?
