I have this error after trying installing comp phoca maps 4 on joomla 4
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

Error installing component

my website is imported from previous joomla 3, with dates from old phoca maps. I want now to install new phoca maps component to use it

Hi, which version of Phoca Maps did you install?

As there is no full error message, it is hard to say what can be wrong there, but seems like there is some item stored in database which prevents from installing the component.

If there is no problem with losing all data from the component, sometimes it helps to delete all data from component and install it again (of course all data will be lost by this method):

thank you very much Jan! after cleaning the database I was now able to install the application
can I import old dates of Phoca maps from old website? I tried with my sqk but it's not so easy

I solved it by rewriting everything by hand
