Products custom sorting do not work

Hello!
Thanx for Phoca Cart - first.
Second - how can I do custom sorting of products by drag`n`drop?
It is active on products list only. Everywhere in admin-panel I can do it (3 vertical dots is active but not in products).
I can`t upload images( Look at screenshot. There is no 3 dots active on it and I can`t drag it.
