Replace image in a gallery

How can I replace an image in an existing Phoca Gallery without losing the description?
Hi,
load up the new image with the same file name of the old one and delete the thumbs of the old image.
Then go to backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Images, choose the category and the new thumbs will be created.
