Hi, there is a solution for this, but it depends on where the email is sent from and it can be different - this setting is in the Joomla global configuration.
1) Phoca Email uses Joomla to send emails
2) Joomla uses the service which is set in Global Configuration
3) If Joomla uses some e.g. SMTP server, the solution must be done on this SMTP server, if it uses e.g. hosting mail functions, the solution should be done by hosting operator.
So the solution is to find who sends the mail for Joomla (which service is set for sending emails from Joomla) and then ask for support by this service (SMTP server, hosting, etc. etc.)
