Hi, in fact not, but it is not related to Phoca Cart but to the logic of ordering process.

Shipping method rules are based on items in cart and in cart you can have more item from different categories. So what happen when you set that Category A will have Shipping method A and Category B will have Shipping method B and user orders two products - one from category A and second from Category B - which shipping should then be selected - all answers are wrong:

- only A - wrong
- only B - wrong
- both A and B - wrong
- none of them - wrong

So because of this there is no category rule in shipping methods.
