The normal configuration in the Joomla 1.5 work. I can send a eMail from the Joomla portal to an contact whit the contact formular.

The eMail adress ist configured in the guestbook parameter, but when i add a new entry there ist no mail send.

Did you enable the email in Parameters component in Menu link for Phoca Guestbook?

Review Message to No
Send Email To Administrator(my eMail)

ther are more parameter like Require Email biut i Think thats only for check the input.

Yes, theses parameters, but important is, where did you change it?

In parameters component or
in default settings?

Hi, there are global parameters (Componet, Phoca Guestbook, Parameter) ... and
Parameters Component : Menu --> e.g. Main Menu -> Phoca Guestbook link --> Parameters component (in the right side of the site)

Hello Jan,
I fount the Gloaba/Component parameter like i wrote yesterday.

There is no filed in the Components Parameter to configure the eMail.

I set the eMail in the Global Parameters. But i get no Mail for a new Guestbook entry.

Menu - Main Menu - Phoca Guestbook - Parameters-Component ... last Parameter is "Send Email", but only if you use the last version...
