sending some photos with massive upload.
one of sets is stucked in "creating thumbnails" and dont respond to "stop creating thumbnail" red button !
cannot disable generating as cannot enter in "images" section...
some workaround to stop this loop ?
- image listed has been deleted via ftp - no loopstop
- image resent same foder same name via ftp - no loopstop
- delete the folder via ftp - nada
- moved option parameter "Enable Thumbnails Generation" to NO - no loopstop

from info: section
Enable Thumbnail Generation off off
pagination thumbnail generation on off
clean thumb off on

update: removed from db the record for the image where is stucked on.
no luck. "image" section of component in persistent loop on the same image :(

cannot work on to finish job ..

update: activated the everithing.php log. no errors from component thus should be a particulare case generating loop....

Hi, the creating only works in administration - in image view, so you can stop it in Phoca Gallery options (which are normally accessible, even the loop wants to work in image list)

If you disables creating of thumbnails and go image list, there is nothing to start the loop.

Are you not able to go to Phoca Gallery options in other browser tab, disable the creating and just close the tab where thumbnails are created? No script can run when browser or browser tab is closed.

it recreate while on open admin browser so cannot enter in "images" submenu

Hi, this means, that creation of thumbnails is still enabled. Just visit Phoca Gallery options and stop it (in case clicking on the red link does not work). Can you record what happens when you click on the red link?

I can enter in "Image" now... mmmm

what do youi suggest to try now ?

smelt like a "lock" from hosting may due to massive th creation....
