shortcode shows instead of gallery

I used this extension before but for some reason I only see this {phocagallery view=category|categoryid=1|limitstart=0|limitcount=6}
instead of gallery. What went wrong?

Hi, see similar posts in this forum, the plugin code is not transformed:
- the the plugin is not installed
- or it is not enabled
- or it is used on place which does not support content plugins.
