If we have Phoca Download installed, are we okay to update Joomla to 3.10.3?

I ask because in the pre-update check for Joomla 3.10.3, the framework does provides the following strong, worrisome, caution regarding Phoca Download extension:

"Extension does not offer a compatible version for the selected target version of Joomla. This could mean the extension does not use the Joomla update system or the developer has not provided compatibility information for this Joomla version yet."

If 100% compatible-- no errors in update for 3.10.3 --is there a "best practice method or process" to utilize first, prior to initiating the Joomla 3.10.3 update?

Phoca Download is ready for Joomla 3.10 and uses Joomla update system.

Where exactly do you get this message? Unfortunately, JED has different problems when reading download links, so maybe this is the case for this message.
