Download Page Not Showing Download Content

Hi,
I have a download page that is no longer showing the content on the page (file description, link to file, etc). The page loads, but only shows the template header and footer from the template, but the Phoca download content is missing. It's worked for 3 years until now. I'm not sure when it happened or why. when I last checked — within the past 30 days—it worked. I have the latest version of Joomla! and the Phoca Download component.
